The Community-Based Children’s Health Care Facility and its staff would like to welcome you to Ventracare Homes, Inc.
Our facility provides nursing care, clinical support services, and therapies as respite or transitional care to children younger than 22 years of age.
The care period for respite is 1 to 14 days, and 1 to 120 days for transitional care to home or other appropriate settings for medically fragile children, technology-dependent children, and children with special health care needs who are deemed clinically stable by a physician.
Our care is to be provided in a home-like environment that serves up to 12 children at a time.
